Priority(basic) Labor is my basic rate. I use this pricing to calculate any discounts off of. Also it is for jobs that need to be done soon and have to be done now, jobs by appointment and/or for specific time frames.

Stand-By Labor is if you have a job that needs to be done but are in no hurry and will allow me to fit your handyman services needs into my schedule at a convenient time.
Premium Labor mostly will apply to commercial situations and applications and very specialized situations that require extra attention and insurance. Most these type of jobs I am back to check on and double check for quality assurance. If you are a home owner and I am going to need to come back to apply extra cotes or sealers and the job can not be completed on one visit, an hour or two may be padded by me with this type pricing to cover those time costs.
